A reminder that the September meeting will be Monday Sept 21st at 7pm.

And a quick note to let you all know that we are working on resolving the issues with the gate. We've had the service company out here several times, but thus far they have not been able to correct the problems. After a diagostic last week it was determined that several of the chips inside the panel have failed and must be replaced. These chips have been placed on order and as soon as they arrive, the technicians will install them and hopefully solve the problems.

Naturally, until that time, the gate will remain open. While not every resident has had an issue, we have to insure that everyone has access to the community.
