This Friday, November 13th we have electricians coming to run all of the new wiring for the gate. We apologize if this slows traffic in the gate area, but ask you to be alert for workers in the area. Once this work is complete we are then ready for ACT to install the new board in the access panel and hopefully get us back up and running.

Also, we have a crew that will be in the community, trimming all of the trees that overhang the road to a 14 foot clearance, as well as trimming the vines that have overgrown the racquetball court and trees overhanging the tennis court. Again, be mindful of trucks and/or workers in the community.
