Work will begin on our roads on Monday, August 7th.
THERE WILL BE NO TRASH PICKUP ON AUGUST 8 and 9
Here is the schedule:
Monday August 7: Milling Only. During the milling process, there will not be any hindrance to residents. Residents will be able to come and go as they please, we just ask that you give our crews as much space as possible.
Tuesday August 8: Milling crew will be milling the main drive along with any other areas remaining from Monday. Paving will begin in the front CulDe-Sacs (Mariner Cove and Mail Sail Cove). The paving crew will then move to Indian Mound Trail to Starboard Cove.
Wednesday August 9: Paving will continue Indian Mound Trail to Hidden Harbor Lane, Leeward Cove and Windward Cove.
Thursday August 10: Paving will begin at the Cul-De-Sac on Hidden Harbor Lane and proceed to the front of the community to the gates.
*Schedule is subject to change daily according to weather, daily tonnage put down and the discretion of the foreman. Because of this, please do your best to park cars in your driveways away from the street.
There is approximately a two hour span of time when you will NOT be able to enter or leave your driveway during the paving process. Please arrange to park either in a neighbor's drive or an area of the community that is not being paved at that time. The paving crew will clear your section of the road when it is safe for you to drive on.
A side note here. We apologize for not being able to give you more advance warning, but we only just now received the paving schedule. Thank you for your cooperation during the process.
