Hi everyone. Most everyone has filled out the form with their information for the gate and we thank you for your prompt attention.
Over the next week we will be testing the system to try and work out all the kinks and bugs before we close the gate and call the project complete, so please bear with us. I have heard from a lot of you about your impatience to see the gate close, and believe me, no one is more eager than the Board, as we've spent countless hours trying to get this corrected and the new system up and running.
For those of you who have not filled out the form, please do so as soon as possible. We will be adding new information each week.
The emails you have (or will) receive contain your new codes. There is a personal/vendor code and an Amazon delivery code. Other delivery services, such as USPS, FedEx and UPS have codes so there is no need to use your Amazon code with them. The Amazon code is simply because Amazon employs contract delivery people and there are a multitude of drivers.
Remember these codes are active from 7 am - 7 pm, Monday - Saturday. After multiple meetings, listening to residents and much discussion, it was agreed that what residents want is some assurance that traffic into the community is limited at night to people who either live here or who are invited in by a resident.
To that end, we set up the code system to be operational from 7am to 7pm, Monday - Saturday. Anyone wanting entrance after those hours, will be required to call through the panel to the resident they are visiting.
If you are hosting an event and need a temporary code, email and we will assign one for you.
If you require additional keycards or fobs for members of your family, they are available. The fobs are $25.00 and the key cards are $15.00.
Now, one final reminder about your information: REMEMBER, if you don't sent in the information it will NOT be in the database. This is your responsibility. Thanks for your cooperation.
