Good afternoon everyone, Millennium just completed the live test we discussed in our last update. Millennium reports the gate system appears to be working properly; however, a weird communication glitch unfortunately remains in the background, preventing Leland’s gate department from executing remote changes to the system. We will work in the background to resolve this issue among the vendors while returning the gate to normal operation. We sincerely hope that from an operational standpoint, we do not incur any more service interruptions requiring the gate to be left open. Two very important notes;
The technician indicated that during the live test, codes and magnetic cards were working properly. However,some were using their remotes either too far from the sensors or excessively clicking their remotes to gain entry.
Please check your batteries in your remotes, as they may be a source of improper gate operation.
Lastly, you are asked to leave room between you and the anti tail gate device to prevent tailgating. No more than 30 minutes elapsed from the test before a vehicle ran into the tail gate arm and dislodged it. Everyone’s assistance is greatly appreciated Sincerely, Your board
