Mail Kiosk and Gate Codes with scheduled dates to take effect

We are finally nearing the completion of the mail kiosk. Just a few finishing touches left.




Now on to the Gate Codes. Please read the information below:


Dear Residents,


To better serve our residents, the Hidden Harbor HOA will conduct an audit of the entry gate directory to remove any prior owners/residents from our system and program new owners/residents with new codes. For some time we have been assigning every homeowner with a personalized code for their vendors. Unfortunately, some of these codes have become compromised and are being used inappropriately. The Board has decided to assign a new universal vendor code for all in the community, which will be changed quarterly. This will prevent codes from remaining in the hands of prior vendors and nonresidents.


The new vendor codes for the year will be implemented on Sept 6th



NOTE: The existing codes for Amazon, USPS, TOHO, Police, etc. will remain the same. Your vendor codes are for your landscapers, cleaners, etc.


NEW CODES WILL BE IMPLEMENTED ON SEPT 6TH TO GIVE YOU TIME TO LET YOUR VENDORS KNOW OF THE CHANGE.


Additionally, it is important to remember that the vendor codes are active between 7am to 7pm. This ensures your codes are not being used in a manner they were not intended.


It will be the owners’ responsibility to use discretion when sharing their code with non-residents. Management maintains the right to run random spot checks on gate code usage and to remove any code that shows a clear pattern of abuse.


Electronic Gate Remotes


We encourage residents to use their gate remotes for access to the community. If you need to purchase a gate remote, please fill out the attached form and submit along with a check or money order for $25 per remote to receive one in the mail.


Call Box Directory


If you would like to be added to the gate control directory, you must submit the following (current) contact information:

  • Property owner’s full name

  • Street address of the property

  • Phone number


If your information is already correct in the system, no action is needed on your part.
